Chief Financial Officer ( CFO ) Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the incumbent will provide overall leadership for the finance and accounting and risk management activities for the company. Responsibilities: You will take full responsibility for the Group in the following areas: • Finance & Accounting • Enterprise Risk Management You will take particular responsibility for regular group level reporting, budgeting & forecasting, financial analysis and strategic planning. You will also take the lead to design and implement governance and risk management frameworks from strategic to operational levels, take the lead on change management activities and will have a large involvement in ad hoc projects as required. Travel, predominantly to the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Japan will be required. Requirements: The successful candidate will be a degree holder in finance or accounting, a qualified accountant, and, preferably, an MBA graduate. You will have at least 15years of relevant working experience in a leading finance role in a fast paced and innovative environment with the ability to motivate and drive change in an organization. Both English and Mandarin verbal skills are a MUST. Written mandarin skill would be an added advantage.
