We are simultaneously the Self/It/God/TheUnnameable and the Personality, just as the Crest simultaneously exists with the Trough in a wave... We can imagine we are shifting in and out of these, always seeking to reject one for the triumphant and final ascendent of the other, but versus simply keeps one locked down in war with oneself. All that energy you put into meditation, yoga, trying out this and that religion, its just more garments to dress up in. Like Mr Ben you try on all sorts of personality costumes, engage in all manner of mind-tricks and word-tricks to attempt to be with your Self. Because you still dont understand that you cant chase, you cant find, what you already are... For you to find it, youd have to be outside it. Youre neither outside nor in it. You ARE It. LET IT BE.
