We are so happy your class is taking on Darlies case. Perhaps we should have some guidance on what you would like on the site. Admins control this, we are just here for support and give you answers to questions that public has with this case. I totally agree there is so much abuse and untruths out there about my daughter, it has to be addressed to get a larger audience from the public. Darlies attorneys prevent us from doing more media or we would do it. They want the testing complete and then it will open up nationally (again). This is one of the most horrific cases in Texas of prosecution and witness misconduct (almost criminal). Our attorneys think that the fact that Darlies case was in the media so much the first 5 years it hurt their chances of Texas ever admitting they are wrong. That being said, human rights are unheard of in most of the courts here. You are definitely guilty until proved innocent in Texas. Who they presented in that courtroom was not my daughter, They fabricated who she even was as a mother and person. Her rights were violated so many times that it was truly a circus. Texas is not a state for admitting they are wrong.
