We are still growing, the course will being on January 7th. The - TopicsExpress

We are still growing, the course will being on January 7th. The plan is to keep it a public group until January 6th and then to make it a secret group so that we can share privately in this group once the course begins. The reason It is open now is that information about the course is easily accessible to people looking at the course to register for it. We should talk about structure for this group a bit. I think we need to develop this as a community, but we do have some basic decisions I would like at least one other person to volunteer to be an admin, as I think its good to have a few people who are. Also we need to start creating coaching circles soon. A coaching circle is a group of 5. Each group will organize its own conference call using a conference line. We need a way to decide who is in what groups, and those groups need to decide the time of their weekly calls. We can start this process now, as we have almost 15 members so there will be a minimum of 3 groups as of now. If there are people who are in close enough proximity, they can create a Hub, or they can join or create hubs with people in the program who are listed in a directory that the program will provide. This would allow for people to meet in person to watch course materials together, such as the films and recorded segments. One way to do this is to look at our time zones first. We have people in the group Australia, Denmark, and through out the USA. One group could be set to convenient to different groups of people. For example USA West Coast-Australia, USA Central Mountain, and USA East Coast-Europe. Another way we can do it, is set three call times, and have people chose the time. By my count we cross 16 time zones, so if we set the time based on Pacific time we would be about 7 hours on either side of LA local time. Examples (People who deal with time zones a lot please check my math): An 11 AM call in LA is 2 PM in NY, 7 PM in Denmark, and 2 AM in Sydney (the next day) A 1 PM call in LA is 4 PM In NY, 9PM in Denmark, and 10 AM (the next day) In Sydney A 3 PM Call In LA would be 8 AM in Sydney (the next day), 6 Pm In New York, and 11PM in Denmark. Any other ideas about how to do this? We might start by people saying where they are and what time zone they are in so we can see how many people we have in what times zones and localities.
