We are super excited to introduce a new member to our Pretty Fit Team, Lucy Mills. Lucy will be our dedicated Personal Trainer for one-on-one training sessions. Lucy has been a PT for three years and is so excited to be joining Pretty Fit, Working with women is where my passion lies, I have had great results with women in the past in areas such as weight loss, toning, muscle development and overall fitness. says Lucy. Developing a love of fitness after having a baby, Lucy went from sluggish, overweight and low in self esteem to I discovering the person she wanted to be. So, what can you expect from a session with Lucy? When training with me, you can expect high intensity sessions which include boxing, cardio, strength training, core exercises, agility training, body strength exercises and you can also expect to have lots of fun! I am here to make sure that you enjoy yourself, train hard and leave our sessions feeling confident and proud of the new you!
