We are the Sovereign people of a Sovereign Nation; nothing has been ceded to this fraudulent Crown corporation that lauds over us; nor to its’ puppet captains of commerce; nor to the kupapa enforcers who colour their lies with statute under the pretext of authority. Their weaponry of ‘law, act, code and statute’ are corporate rules and regulations only; and therefore apply ONLY to corporations, corporate entities (PSGE as Ra Heke has already mentioned), legal fictions, and consenting persons living under Corporate Law. THEY DO NOT APPLY TO SOVEREIGN PEOPLE OF SOVEREIGN NATIONS. They do not apply to people of the Land living under Common Law. Aotearoa is still under Common Law jurisdiction. Our challenges therefore must be made as Sovereigns in residence; rather than as subjects in tenancy. If this truly is ‘our Land’, as it undoubtedly is, then we must claim it as such; with the honour and courage of our tupuna in our hearts; and not as slaves begging for crumbs tossed from a table of traitors and cowards. How do we go about this? Firstly we beg for nothing; which means we ‘apply’ for nothing. Instead we demand Proof of any claim made against Us. In other words we use their own ‘laws, codes, acts and statutes’ against them. We ‘conditionally accept their every claim’; upon conditions they are unable to honour. It must be remembered here that we are dealing with corporations under the Laws of Commerce; and not people of the land under the Laws of God; as we have been falsely led to believe. The rules of engagement have been flipped on us in this Corporate mirror world. In their world, the reflection has become the reality; and the Reality has become an asset to be stripped bare and discarded. Or put more simply: the Land and the People have become paper assets; instead of the Living Beings that we are. So how do we go about defeating this? We stop believing that ANYBODY has authority over us; We smash that mirror so as to remind ourselves that we are Living Beings standing equal under God only; and that they are Dead Entities standing and existing only by the grace of Man.
