We are told as little girls the magical stories of cinderella.. beauty and the beast... snow white.. little mermaid and repunzzil. . Stories that tell us we as women are beautiful and if we keep a smile on are face and a glass half full attitude amazing things will come are way... setting the bar high for the amazing life of magic and wonder that we will some day have.... the adventure.. the true beauty of life... I think I was misinformed. .. so far I still scrub the palace from top to bottom and have never had a chance to wear glass slippers.. hell I dont even get to wear heels... and I have yet to let my hair down to be rescued from my tower.. I have however found my prince but adventure seems to be a trip to home depot or a night on the couch watching house hunters. .. and I do think the animals and ordinary househild objects have the power to talk or at least listen because I have caught myself talking to them... often... im not saying I dont love my life and the family I have created just that... a little magic would make it a hell of a lot better!!
