We are hiring ----------------------------------------------- Position: Sr. Fund Administrator Experience: 5-7 Yrs Job Description - • Monthly/Weekly Fund valuations including fixed fees, management fees and hedging fees updates • Coordinate monthly pricing with Fund Administration team to ensure NAVs calculation are the most accurate • Follow up with Fund Administrator / Analysts / Fund Managers for contract notes thus ensuring most updated portfolio positions in the ERP. • Daily as well as Month End cash reconciliation for all cash movements • Daily pricing input and controls of all underlying manager investments for research team as well as risk control • Carry out reconciliation of NAV statements at the end of every month. • Co-ordinate with Fund Administrator / Fund Analysts to ensure up to date Security pricing and dynamic data (Funds AUM, Liquidity, etc.) • Understand and draft Management Committee reports at the end of every valuation cycle. • Data base integrity controls (e.g.: up-to-date PPM, Financial Statements, contacts, etc.) • Follow up with Fund Managers / Analysts for new Fund documentation • Ensure generation and delivery of accurate weekly/monthly reports • Ensure data integrity within Webfolio and Pertrac • Take pro-active measures to obtain all missing data thus ensuring latest update of each fund’s data • Ensure complete database (Webfolio / Pertrac) clean up and synchronization by regular reporting • Ensure all Database reports (Attribution, Risk, prices etc.) are up to date before publication. • Ensure complete filing of documents on a daily basis in a pre-determined filing structure • Look for and propose solutions to improve quality of any task and data database is completely up to date • Ensure sufficient cross checking to guarantee data integrity • Ensure team compliance with all internal policies and procedures • Establish, document, review and control implementation of appropriate procedures Permanent for Mumbai Location
