We are trying to help this family find justice. Their family dog was shot and killed by a neighbor, for the dog venturing onto their property. The 5 year old child watched her dog stumble, and fall down dead. The neighbor was ONLY charged with discharging a firearm near a residence, NO animal cruelty charge whatsoever... PLEASE sign this petition to the judges and DA on the case, urging them to charge the neighbor with felony animal cruelty.The picture is the grave marker the 5 year old made for her dog.
