We are very excited to announce that Kennedys MIBG scan came back clear for any active Neuroblastoma and her CT imagining is unchanged when compared to recent CT scans indicating that Kennedys health and fight against cancer is stable. Her treatment has concluded and with such positive news the oncology team has scheduled the removal of her central line marking a major milestone. During her surgery on January 26 the surgical team will also extract bone marrow for testing, establishing a baseline for her post treatment care. We are so thankful and blessed, and would like to thank everyone for their prayers and healing thoughts. We are also grateful for all the Doctors, Nursing staff, other hospital staff, volunteers, donors, family and friends that have supported our family. We truly appreciate all the support that have helped us lead Kennedy to this realization. Moving forward with post treatment care Kennedy will be having routine scans every three months. Kennedy is adjusting well at home and we are celebrating a new year, a new beginning, for our family. We will continue to update everyone on Kennedys progress sharing pictures and moments of her beautiful life as she grows.
