We are very excited to share that PFB will be donating a % of our monthly revenue to Casting For Recovery. They provide retreats for women battling breast cancer and use fly fishing as therapy. This hits us close to home. In 2012, mom got the breast cancer. Stage 3. Thats expert-only level cancer. It sucked. It sucked for our family, for our friends, but mostly for her. She battled that mofo for 18 months. Chemo, surgeries, radiation, the whole enchilada. She beat the shit out of her cancer and today is cancer free because of programs like this. We will consider it a victory if our (YOUR!) donations push just one woman through to be able to wear the cancer-free badge. We have never been so stoked about anything weve done with this business.
