Our aim is to to provide a modern exciting edge to classic dishes and recipes from around the Caribbean and beyond. Menu Curried Boneless Lamb This dish borrows from the well loved classic Jamaican Curried Goat with a Smiths of London twist, we have changed the meat, taken out the bone and added a few Eastern influences to our home made curry paste to. Totally Delicious! Jerk Leg of Pork Seasoned over a 8 day period. Smiths of Londons Jerk Pork is based on a recipe that hails from the Port Antonio region of Jamaica, we then add our own top secret blend of fruit and herbs to make the perfect tasting jerk pork. Fried-ish Chicken Smiths of Londons fried-ish chicken is a healthier option to the traditional cooking method of fried chicken. It still packs all the flavour and extra crunch but uses a healthier cooking style. Baked Snapper with Onions and peppers A whole Snapper Fish lightly baked and topped with a zesty blend of Peppers,Onions & Scotch Bonnet.Can you guess the secret ingredient?! All meals are served with White Rice or Rice and Peas and steamed vegetables.
