We are very sad to share that longtime CDT friend and volunteer John Weakley passed away this week. John was a heart transplant recipient who dedicated his time to sharing his story, honoring his donor, helping those waiting for a transplant and raising awareness of the importance of donation. One of his proudest accomplishments for the donation community was the development of the donor memorial garden at Faxton St. Lukes Healthcare.
