We are whole bag of mixed emotions today at #MJSHQ as Fox has dropped a teaser preview for the finale season of Glee which airs in early January of the new year! The first episode titled Let it go will be a 2 hour special as the sixth series of the award winning show comes to a close later this year! It takes place primarily back at Ohio where it all began.. McKinley High! Focusing on the New Directions as the glee club prepare for their final year in the show choir world. Originally, due to its outstanding success Glee was permitted for 10 seasons but this was changed alongside a drastic cast adjustment due to lead cast member Finn Hudsons actor Cory Monteith passing away nearly 2 years ago. Creator Ryan Murphy explained how the producers and writers had the whole thing originally worked out but due to Corys sudden and saddening death had to reevaluate and cut the much loved series short. Lea Michele who plays Rachel and Finns love interest (and real life interest) played a part in the decision stating its what Cory would of wanted. The star passed away in a hotel from drug abuse after struggling and going in between various Rehab stints. Its going to be a sad and exciting mix of views from self called fanbase Gleeks as the balance of giving the glee club the perfect send off/ending with their own individual stories will surely not please everyone. All we hope, as we wipe our tears away that our favourite girl, Miss Berry gets that perfect ending on the show!
