We are working to clear the backlog of waste and recycling collections over the Festive period, and aim to have all outstanding collections completed by the end of today (Monday 29 December). We would advise local residents to check when their bins and caddies are due to be collected over the festive season here: westlothian.gov.uk/bins. Please ensure they are out by the kerbside by 7am on the day of collection and please leave them out until they are collected. If your bin collection is not listed among the changes, please put it out as normal, and the colour of bin being uplifted has not been changed. If your bin was put out on the correct day and has been out for more than 48 hours and not collected, please email [email protected] detailing your name and address, which bin you put out and when you put it out.
