We ask our bodies everyday to please take care of us, please dont break down and keep us healthy and strong, yet people complain when medical doctors, health professionals and proffessional trainers tell us to work out 4-5x per week. If your not doing something active 6 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes wether it be strength, cardio conditioning, endurance training, yoga, Pilates, please dont be surprised when you get sick, feel horrible, your body breaks down, joints ache or back goes out. Its time you take your life back by staying healthy, physically strong, nutritionally sound, and mentally focused. Heaven and Hell exist in the gym, now go get you some!
