We at Caught in the act - Papua New Guinea have posted pictures of Police Personnel abusing their posts, not out of dislike, but because citizens have inboxed us pictures of Police Personnel abusing their powers. If it wrong, we will expose it. Our efforts at exposing Police misconduct has resulted in the Police Commissioner coming out today (PNG Loop news) advising that he will take action against the two Police Personnel exposed by us. On that note, we now expose two rogue Police Personnel who should be charged for impersonating the Police. Manase Kauleni is the dealership manager of Ela Motors Alotau. He is a reserve police man, but the Police hierarchy has put a stop to policing by Reserve Policeman except for a few, but he has misused his reserves powers and his previledge as Ela Motors manager & uses the company sales vehicles especially tinted 5 doors & together with two other accomplices have raided & bullied nearby town villages Motuyua & Kapitori in search for young girls. Families have fallen victim to this idiotic police impersonator. Disgruntled villagers have indicated that the next time they will smash the Ela Motors vehicle he drives around in.
