We been emphasising strict for a while now. Our gymnastic personal programs are all about strict gymnastic strength, as is the main program strict press, in this strength cycle. So we seem to be heading in the right direction. We want to look after everyones necks and while kipping is fast and efficient. Everyone needs the strict strength especially eccentrically to not endanger your necks. Great to see Crossfit pushing this also in the regionals workouts.
