We came a long way through 53 years. Where did we come from and where are we going? When shall we reach the so called promised land which our leaders proclaim they are leading us to? After 53 years, we are still sleeping in the cold room of insecurity, corruption, underdevelopnent, etc. Today, Nigeria is the most populous black nation, a country with aboundant natural resource. But why are we still in the backyard of poverty? This is a question our leaders should look into. May God forgive Nigeria. Happy independence day.
