We can never lose playing Tewaá:raton (lacrosse). The game is a medicine game and sure maybe its not played as it was originally intended but every time our men and boys play, they are winners no matter what the score. Theyre winners because they played hard, had fun, and exercised their bodies and entertained others so the act of making others feel good, is a good medicine. It reaches all aspects of the medicine wheel concept of feeling various emotions, using your mental skills to determine plays, fulfilling the physical realm of movement, and the game itself has spiritual origins. Even if we feel anger or sadness if we dont win, the actual act of playing and watching the game made us feel good. Wáhe ?
