Drop directly into that feeling , be with it without any thoughts . just rest with the feeling . To deny thoughts and feeling is a form of escape , we are in denial that we are feeling something , or we want to feel something other than whats here , now . This simple practice , notice , allow , drop into , is a very conscious way of being with all that we are . This is the truest form of self love . BEING with all that you are.
