We celebrated our 12th anniversary tonight and released Butterflies in 3 states as a inspiration to our mission! Dear Valued Guests and Patients, We are honored to share Healing Waters 12th anniversary with each of you. The journey that has brought us to where we are today has been at once refining and inspiring. In the Spring of 2002, we opened our doors for the first time in the community of Wichita, Kansas. As we opened our little spa, we couldnt wait to offer a refreshing new experience for our guests. Wichita had not experienced a spa like Healing Waters before. As each guest was met with a healing, calming foot bath of warm water and essential oils, the tone was set for the experience they would have with us. This ritual continues to this day because at Healing Waters, our mission centers completely on you. Healing Waters is here because we care for you. We want to provide calm for your inner stress and anxieties, to improve and balance your inner and outer state of being, to correct imperfections that limit your joy and your potential and to restore your beauty and your wholeness. It is our mission and our greatest hope to inspire in you a true transformational change. We continue to be moved by the beautiful external and internal transformations we have seen over the years in our guests, patients and staff. Many of our patients and guests have expressed to us what Healing Waters has meant to them. They have told us how it has become their place of sanctuary and retreat. We have learned how, for some, a particular service or procedure has helped to increase their self-confidence, or made a meaningful difference. We have heard examples of how caring team members helped someone through a difficult, challenging time in their life such as divorce, breast cancer, the death of a loved one, a financial challenge, or other occasions where someone has benefitted from the additional support of a compassionate staff. Healing Waters stands here today, 12 years on, having grown from our first small spa into more comprehensive services and locations in Wichita, Kansas and Durham, North Carolina, with a corporate office in Buford, Georgia. We are also finding new and exciting ways to provide excellent care by partnering with health care providers. This year in South Carolina, we are opening a new location in Palmetto Health at the Parkridge Campus in Columbia, and another within an OBGYN clinic. We know this growth could never have been accomplished without our guests, patients, and dedicated team. Today, we toast all of you! In honor of this special day, and in keeping with our mission, we have chosen to celebrate with a butterfly release. The butterfly is such a beautiful and graceful example of transformation and making all things new. For those of you that were unable to attend our celebration, we hope you can join us in spirit, finding joy and personal meaning as you reflect on your own positive goals for the future. No matter where you are at this stage in your individual growth, whether experiencing the broken pieces of a fragmented life, or fully embracing your best-lived life, Healing Waters is here to address your whole person and to inspire in you a lasting, transformational change.
