We celebrated the end of this session in my kitchen cooking together and enjoying each others company. It was amazing to honor all of you in my kitchen and spending the evening sharing my other passion, cooking. We all know how important it is to eat right and to know whats exactly in our food. The simple solution to this to prepare your own meals. Its fun, easy, satisfying and ITS HEALTHY. We enjoyed some drinks and good food last night. PEAR AND GINGER SANGRIA BLUEBERRY AND LEMON SANGRIA CRAVING CREAMY LENTIL SOUP (packed with nutrients and protein), PIZZA SITTING ON SPELT AND FLAX MEAL BY THE BAY (healthy as healthy can be for vegetarians and vegans) POWER UP THE EVENING BARS (vegan, raw and delicious) (recipes will be posted on website soon) We had great results from the last session. Lots of pounds and inches were lost and most of all you’re fitness level has improved a lot. Its unbelievable what your body is capable of when you’re fit. The winners will be announced at the end of the next session so youll have to be good before the holidays. Be conscious of your health because it the most important thing we have.
