We checked out the 2nd annual Oyster festival today. Not a real hardship when you like Oysters as much as we do. It was held at Dillans small batch distillery just off the QEW at Beamsville Ontario. Oysters and grilled lobster by Tide and Vine Oyster Company, Wood fired Pizza, and more. The ice cream by Home Town was just the thing after a dozen Oysters. Silversmith brewery from Virgil Ontario was there with great beer, two wineries with wine and cocktails by Dillans. The day was topped off with 24 people vying for the title of best Oyster shucker. Mike Langley of Tide and Vine was the winner!
