We congratulate Justin Morton and Krystal Hefner at the birth of their sweet little girl, Payton Mae Morton. We announced Sunday morning that they were on their way to the hospital for the birth. Miss Payton Mae was born at 8:42 that evening, and weighed 5 lb. 13 oz. She was delivered safely by C-section -- the umbilical cord was wrapped twice around her neck. Mother and baby were doing fine.
