We congratulate today, our recent hire and todays graduate from Class 92 of Walters State Community College Basic Law Enforcement Academy, Campbell County Sheriffs Deputy Ryan Fletcher. Deputy Fletcher was also the recipient of the Tennessee Sheriffs Association Top Deputy Graduate Award representing Tennessee Sheriffs Offices. Campbell County Sheriff Robbie Goins, Chief Deputy Aaron Evans and Captain Jeremy Goins, as well as, his father, Retired THP Captain Ray Fletcher, other staff, friends and Ryans family were present in Morristown this morning for the ceremony. We are proud of Ryan and his accomplishments today and appreciate his duty and the service he has chosen to give Campbell County citizens. Ryans character and his work ethic are beyond reproach and I share, as should our citizens, a great deal of honor and respect for not only Ryans service and willingness to protect but the great many more that do the same here in our office and elsewhere. said Sheriff Robbie Goins.
