We cordially invite you to attend the third annual Veterans on Wall Street (VOWS) veteran employment symposium on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at the Goldman Sachs Conference Center at 200 West Street in New York. The half-day morning symposium is an opportunity for transitioning Veterans to learn about career transition resources and how to best position themselves for success. Employment professionals from leading non-profit support organizations, educational institutions and corporate Veteran employers will discuss the following topics: . Communicating Your Story . Leading Educational Resources . Government Transition Support . Non-Profit Resources Retired Brigadier General George Walls Jr., current board member at PNC Bank, and Lieutenant General Robert L. Caslen Jr., the current superintendent of West Point Military Academy, will serve as the keynote speakers followed by a lineup of senior employment professionals that will share their prospective on Veteran transition and career management. VOWS, supported by Citi, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs, was founded in 2010 as an initiative dedicated to honoring former military personnel and employees currently serving in the National Guard and Reserve, by providing access to career and business opportunities.
