We could learn a lot from this article - and in my experience, it comes mostly from oTHER women commenting on other women.... Some women even pride themselves in pissing people off by telling them the truth or what they believe to be their truth about another person when they themselves should only look in their own mirrors. or to quote a part of this article - Or we could simply fight the impulse to comment on each others bodies. This includes positive comments like, you look AMAZING. Its called habitual body monitoring, and it has to stop. Theres an epidemic of low-self esteem among women.
