We couldn’t resist sharing one more video about the “mega-haul” making its way through Weld County today. Weld County Public Works Director Jay McDonald captured this video at the intersection of WCR 53 when the Northwest Logistics Heavy Haul team turned west on WCR 60.5. How long did it take for this crew to make the left-hand turn? About eight minutes, but we condensed the video to just over one minute. According to news sources, it took four weeks and more than 100 employees to build this demethanizer which is 186 feet long. The convoy left Broken Arrow, OK, on October 18 and is expected to arrive at its final destination in the Fort Lupton area later today.
