We currently have 135 people (would love to break 200) signed up for the GYAITG Couch to 5k….remember sign up is ongoing….you can join ANY team GYAITG challenge at any point and time during the duration of the challenge…..just comment “run done” to the original post with the picture of the couch or you just comment “run done” to this post as well.. But…. ….miss 5 consecutive days and you are deleted from the MASTER SPREADSHEET…but we are very forgiving….you can rejoin at any time by commenting “run done”…. What are we trying to accomplish? We “want” “newbie” runners to run a 5k on October 12th…. ..and we want experienced runners to help motivate and educate us newcomers …to join the “dark side” as @Lori Womer puts it….:) But the door will be open to ALL runners…to simultaneously run a 5k together virtually from throughout the world on October 12th. Running a 5k together throughout the world…like a boss~GYAITG~
