We deal with a lot of dementia patients, and we deal with a lot of care homes and their staff, some better than others. I would however, like to say, I have the utmost respect for all care workers, many of whom do what they do for minimum wage. I couldnt do it regardless of what they get paid, could you? Lets wish them all a very merry Christmas, when you do finally get to spend Christmas with your families - we appreciate what you do for our elderly relatives. Thankyou. This also goes for hospital staff, and health care assistants and other staff in psychiatric hospitals too - you all ROCK !!!!
