We did a short video (just a few reps of each exercise)of tonight’s session in case some of you want to try out our routines as they can be challenging to describe in writing … Session was 6 x exercise stations, no rest and 4 x round – St#1: 45 seconds on the treadmill full incline on fast walk pace, with 30kg vest & 2 x 12kg kettle bells and heavy duty resistance band pulling you backwards; St#2: combo, 8 x Olympic barbell low squats & 8 x inverse rows; St#3: combo church 3 inch diameter snatch bar for 8 x bent over rows & 8 x press ups on the snatch bar handles; St#4: combo church 3 inch diameter snatch bar for 8 x chest press & 8 x cross grip the same bar and do incline sit ups (part the exercise is you have to load and unload the bar yourself); St#5: combo 8 x hyper extensions while gripping the ez-curl bar to your chest & lock out on the hyper extension bench and do 8 x ez-curl bar curls; St#6: combo 8 x kettle bell front lunges with 8 x kettle bell military presses at the bottom of the lunge while holding the low lunge……….. try it out using the weights that suit you best while still being able to perform with good form and no rest whatsoever for the whole four (4) circuits – it should you now more than 30 minutes max including time to move form exercise to exercise …. This is an all body work out for good health and overall functional core fitness….. Have a great evening from all the garage gorillas … TonyT
