We did it! But we didnt do it alone! We would like to thank all of the people who helped along the way: Ruth and Alan Hann, his previous owners and Marleen and Duncan McNeil, his caretakers for letting him go home to live out the rest of his years on the rock where he was born and to pass his genes on to some more babies to bring the line back in Newfoundland. My friend Gayle Hollister for housing him in between shippers, and to my shipper Deb Johnson, who went above and beyond the call and drove him from Alberta to New Brunswick by herself when her co-driver was unable to go with her, and to Gerald French for taking him the rest of the way home. Also thanks to my brother Shane who dropped everything on a spur of the moment to pick him up and bring him to my Dad. A big thanks as well to my friend Bill who also went above and beyond and dropped everything to pick him up and bring him to the new pick up location in Nova Scotia when plans suddenly changed. You are all a great bunch and we are so happy that you all participated in making this a successful, historic event. Thank you all soooo much!
