We did it...my wife and I just finished 30 days with no grains, no legumes (beans), no foods with added sugars, no sugar substitutes, and no processed foods, and it was easy! Thanks, Paula Gartman, for cooking us such great meals. My acid reflux is completely gone, my back doesnt ache any more, and I lost 13 lbs, all without counting calories or adding exercise. Now to figure out whether to go another 30 days, or try reintroducing some things. Hard choice, but we are leaning towards just continuing to eat this way. Its not the least bit tough for us at all.
