We did our RIBBLE GROUP year end planning meeting today and tallied up all our totals. We have missed this years goal by 7 transactions, but met the years volume goal of 42 million. We contracted on 118 transactions though several of those wont close until next year as they are in the process of being built. Still not bad for just 3 of us doing the selling this year. Look out for next year as our goal is to help 150 families buy and sell real estate by giving them the BEST service, the most combined years of real estate experience in Arvada, the BEST customer experience by offering our free staging and concierge services and putting $ back in their pockets through helping them with investing, buying and selling at aggressive prices! Be watching for some exciting events to thank our clients and friends for working with us AND referring us to people they know. Its all about YOU!
