We do agree that to live in ignorance is bad enough but to live without wisdom is even worst. The major problem we often encounter in life is not that we do not know but that we know so much that it becomes difficult to effectively make use of what we know. Aristotle had a great insight in his saying that “they who contemplate a few things have no difficulty in deciding.” The more we know, the more we feel the burden of human deficit in judgment. Notwithstanding, people will often judge us base on the decisions we make, without caring about the options that were available to us. That is why I have taking to the quest for two things: wisdom and courage. I seek wisdom so that I may make the right decision to govern my life and actions and I seek courage to act accordingly. The vice that I dread most is to live a fake life. O Lord, all I ask of you this day is wisdom and courage.
