We do service calls! Unlike our competitors no job is ever too small for GRM Electric. We do have a minimum charge of $89 + tax for service calls. This covers a trip charge and up to one hour of troubleshooting and repair. Some service calls are quick 5 minute fixes where as others will take the full hour to troubleshoot and repair the problem. If parts are required to make the repairs we will most likely have them on the truck. Depending on what parts may be needed such as an outlet, Switch, Maybe a circuit breaker or a GFI outlet etc. These items are in addition to the $89 labor charge. The average residential service call with parts & labor is around $117 + tax. If we feel that the repairs are going to be much more than $150-$200 we will quote you a total price in advance before we begin work. At GRM Electric we pride ourselves on honestly & integrity and we will NEVER hand you a surprise bill at the end of the job. Remember as always estimates are free of charge! Visual estimates where tools dont come off the truck will never come with an invoice but rather with a written estimate with no obligation and you can then decide if you want to have the repairs made.
