We do what we do at the chapel because we love it so. Every year, we have almost a hundred couples come through our doors. Some of you that have only been there for a few moments still touch our lives because you chose us. Some of you make more of a lasting impression because we become closer and your day is more detailed with lots of friends and family. Last year, we had a brides mother contact us only a few months before the wedding. We later learned during the planning that her daughter was terminally ill. Since that time, we became friends on facebook and have read post as this beautiful person began to slip away. This morning, life left her body and she has found a new one in the arms of Jesus. I know that not all of our couples are religious. We never have nor do we push our beliefs on anyone. However, I ask that anyone that is willing to take a moment and remember this family. They may have lost a wife, daughter, and sister, but heaven has certainly gained an angel. Our prayers are with Jeannies family. Jeannie and Ardell were married September 14, 2013.
