We dont advocate mixing resistance and cardio training if you are trying to maximise the progress in either of these areas of your fitness. Our own experience and a lot of current research points toward keeping training in each of these areas as separate events. We do realise that this will come as an inconvenience to most people who have always done it this way, but BODYWORKS is not about supporting the status quo when it comes to your fitness. We are here to help you recognise your potential and nail it.
