We dont usually see a lot of movies when they first come out (we finally watched Frozen last night), but we saw three new movies last week – and all for free! Into the Woods was fun, though a bit too stage-bound – they sang about dramatic scenes instead of showing them. Wild was dramatic and compelling, though I wouldnt say I exactly enjoyed it. Its probably better as a book, or if youve previously read the book, as I didnt feel her internal journey was shown all that well. The Third Hobbit Movie was a spectacle. If you enjoyed the first two (and I did, though theyre nowhere near as good as LotR), youll like this one as well.
