We elected the MP assuming he would stand with the cause of the people when an issue arise.But he went against to the interest of the people of Idukki for his own personal publicity or other interest. The common people felt ignored and cheated by him and they started to respond. He even started to abuse the leaders of peoples movement in hi range and tried to corner the them saying they are working for quarry mafia. A group of people accused we the people of hi range are causing all environmental hazard and we all for quarry mafia. What they did not realize or ignored is that it is a genuine issue of common man and must be taken care with utmost care. Further this movement is labelled as church movement lead by priests. They forgot that people with all cast and creed and all political parties has taken part in this movement. The common man of hi range is living really with a burning heart . We feel deeply cheated by ruling party and its partners. we feel we are ignored and insulted by mainstream media. We feel we are every day insulted and accused by the so called environmental activist who has really no idea about the hi range or the people.. We feel really insulted and pained by the the so called channel experts comes with half truths and sarcastic comments about us . we do have an issue Sir. We are really worried people. We felt abandoned. we got no peace with the draft notification. The bishop showed the agony of the people. Not the problem of Catholics or any particular community. WE HAVE A GENUINE CAUSE.WE NEED A GENUINE SOLUTION.
