We fear the unknown and death is the greatest unknown there is. As Christians, we say we believe in the resurrection of the dead, but deep in our hearts, we wonder what that means .The closer death comes to us, the harder it may be for us to hold on to our confidence in eternal life. And when death starts breathing down our necks, as we grow older or if we face a terminal illness, we are forced to confront our doubts head-on, Is there really anything beyond death? Or will all that we are cease to exist once we stop breathing? WELL: The BIBLE assures us that physical death is not the end. Jesus came to this earth so that our fears could be put to rest. He has promised us that He has prepared a place for us in the life to come- and when we die, we will hear His voice welcoming us into the eternal celebration. Rosetta has gone home to take her rest, R.I.P Rosetta Johnson. I loved you in life and now I will love you still in death, I will never forget you. Your cousin-n- Law Rev. Janette Jones
