We feel sickened that our client cannot easily collect restitution in this country. The offender, who executed a complex romance fraud against him, owes $1,034,000 between judgment and court ordered legal fees. At the court ordered two percent interest, she owes him $20,680 annually in interest alone. Over the last 1.5 years or so while on parole, she has paid him a grand total of $3,903. To take her to court to ask her if she is working and then garnish her wages will cost him another $1,800 minimum. It does not end for this victim. How can his immense losses ever be restored?
