We finally got home around 3:30 Monday morning. Zach had needed a blood transfusion on Sunday and they had tried to put an IV in four times before they finally found a vein that would work. When they went to start the transfusion his vein blew/collapsed and he didn’t want to be pocked again so chose to wait until the chemo was done so he could get it through his port. So needless to say that wasn’t completed until a little before 2:30 Monday morning. He slept most of the day yesterday. Mo’s office called yesterday and said his liver counts continue to rise (due to the chemo) so they want to keep an eye on them. We went to Trinity today for blood work and his shot. We didn’t hear anything from Mo today as to what the numbers were. He also had PT today. His range of motion is up to 75! He amazes me every day!!! He had a great afternoon and night. I got to spend long overdue porch time with Mitch and Zach. It was like old times. I love you guys!! Thank you so much to all of Zach’s friends who came to visit in the hospital and while he is at home. It really lifts his spirits!!! Thank you to our family and friends who are willing to drop whatever they are doing on a seconds notice if we need them. We love you all so much!!! Thank you to EVERYONE for your continued prayers!
