We finally had our end of the season wrestling banquet. I listened to 2 of the best coaches Ive ever known, brag about their team and awesome season. This team did remarkable things this year and deserve major kudos. I listened to them proclaim, with such conviction, their admiration and pride for 2 of Codys closest friends... capts Jimmy Black and Codie Gillette. You two have left quite a legacy for Saranac Wrestling program. Your accomplishments are many and Im sure... not done by a long shot. Its been great watching you guys grow into the athletes youve become over the years. As for my own son... Cody, you never stop making me proud! When coach started talking about the recipient of the Coachs Award, I knew it was you (regardless of the fact that he pointed out the recipient came back to wrestling after several years)! Congrats on your Coachs Award and for having such a great season!!!!
