We finally have a sentencing date October 17th either in front of Judge Pezze (she has been ill) or Judge McCormick. I have been told any letters or emails sent to Judge Pezze will be turned over to Judge McCormick. The court room is opened to the public anybody interested in coming to show their support for Nicky is more than welcomed to come. We do not have an exact time the courtroom opens at 9am.
