We finally tried The Smoke House last night! We have to say it was extremely tasty food! As die hard Diner 77 fans, we were heart broken that it was to be no more. So when we saw pictures posted by the smoke house of the old menus being thrown away, we did shed a tear. However, things change, not always for the better, but in this case we were pleasantly surprised. Portions are still huge but taste has not been compromised. We ordered, BBQ ribs, pulled pork salad and the special of the day, the Elvis burger! Yes it had peanut butter and banana in it! With sides of onions rings, pulled lamb and mac n cheese. If you havent already gone, its worth trying! And for all you old Diner 77 fans, you will feel that the change has been positive. Although we did miss the picture of the giant burger!
