We finished Kartik and our Varsana parikrama with a very nice - TopicsExpress

We finished Kartik and our Varsana parikrama with a very nice visit to Pili Pokhara, Unchagaon, the place of Lalita devi, and Sakhi Giri Parvata. Everything went nicely, and on the way back we stopped for 30 minutes in Krishna Bhag, the gard of Lord Krishna, next to Radha Bhag, which we visited some days ago. Everywhere we have gone this last week, we went with a 150 person kirtan party, which completely astonished to local people, who are just not so much into these things. There were many blank stares, a little mockery, but plenty of appreciation from the locals. The holy names have amazing potency. All our devotees seem very enlivened, and today we are moving on to Govardhana Hill for one week of parikrama and classes. Our programme is that we have mangala arati at 5am, and then chant japa till 6.45. Then we have guru puja and a class till 8.15am. After that we have prasadam, and leave at 9.15 to 9.30. Other than one day we have been walking out to various places. We have katha in some of the places, and then usually by about midday we start chanting japa. We then chant till 2 or 2.30pm, and then return to the asrama for lunch. Then at 5.30pm there are separate English and Russian classes, followed by Damodarastakam (during Kartik) and kirtana for an hour or so. Well continue with this programme (without Damodarastakam of course) in Govardhana.
