We first saw this power crisis in 2010, 2013 & today it is still confronting us & all that we hear from our power distributors is that either the management of Agus-Pulangi Complex is not able to deliver its power supply commitment to the electric cooperatives & private distribution facilities or that there is already a shortage in the supply of electricity which make our power woes increasing to our consternation. But, whichever, as co-operators, we cannot afford to remain silent, reiterated Francis Loque, Regional Cooperative Development Council (RCDC) Caraga chairman, during todays Caraga Power Summit held at the Provl Capitol Covered Court, Butuan City. #piacaraga
