We found out recently that our darling Dad used to sing this song when a young man. In his own style he would belt it out always with his own lyrics. Funny ones at that. Our Dad came home to us today in preparation for his final onward journey on Friday morning. We will miss him terribly every single day. We take comfort in the outpouring of love and concern for our Mum and the rest of the family. Funeral arrangements are as follows William ( Bill) Lavery 2nd October 2014 Rosary at 24 at 6.30pm Reception and Vigil 7pm St Cuthberts RC Church, Burnbank 3rd October 2014 Funeral Mass 10am St Cuthberts RC Church and onwards to Priestfield Cemetery for internment . All friends old and new are very welcome to join us and celebrate Dads life and legacy. Family flowers only please, but if you wish you can donate to Dads fundraising page for Marie Curie Nurses at justgiving/williamlavery in lieu of flowers. Thank you
